We ship worldwide! You will be provided with the different shipment options at the Shopping Cart page. Postage cost is automatically calculated based on your address and weight of the order.

 

Within Australia, we have: 

  • Standard Shipping - Estimate of 4-7 business days delivery, inclusive of handling time. You can expect faster delivery within Melbourne Metro area. Only $6.90 and up, depending on the size/weight of the package.
  • Express Shipping- Estimate of 2-3 business days delivery to most destinations within Australia, inclusive of handling time. Only $9.25 and up, depending on the size/weight of the package.

 

Outside of Australia, the postage cost varies depending on countries and weight. The options are: 

  1. Economy Air - the cheapest air parcel without tracking. Estimate of 20+ business days delivery for most destinations.
  2. Standard Air - Standard air parcel with tracking. Estimate of 15 business days delivery for most destinations.
  3. Express Air - Express post with tracking. Estimate of 7 business days delivery for most destinations.

We are however, unable to guarantee delivery time as many international factors may affect shipping time.

 

General Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding the original shipping cost. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with the return instructions.
