The MFS B&W Reversal Kit provides you with all the additional chemicals to process Black and White Slides.
You will need to have the Basic Chemistry for Black and White Negatives in addition to this kit. Including Black and white Developer (preferred Developer is HC-110 or Similar Highly active developer) and Fixer which can be optional depending on Film Used.
