Returns, Refund policy, and warranty for classic/used camera
Please Contact Us with your order number prior to returning the camera, as many perceived issues could be due to the lack of understanding of the how the camera works, and can be resolved through email.
Our classic/used cameras come with 14 days return policy, and a 60 days warranty, from the delivery date. Parcel tracking needs to show lodgement within 5 days of approving returns.
To be eligible, item must be in the same condition that you received it (as per described on the item page), together with the original packaging and accompanying accessories (battery, manual, pouches, remote control, etc). Please pack the camera well when returning to us.
We will inspect the camera after receiving the return.  If the return/warranty claim is approved, a refund will be issued through your original method of payment. If the return is rejected (for example, in the case of mishandling), we can send the item back to you (customer to pay postage cost).  We believe in fair dealings with our customers, and in rare occasions, partial refunds may be honored. Regrettably, we are unable to cover damage due to the negligence or accidental damage to the camera.
The original and return postage costs are unfortunately non-refundable.
